E-Commerce has been steadily growing in Vietnam since 2012. Today, dozens of thousands of sellers and brands are selling online. One of their biggest challenges is to successfully make the best out of all the platforms involved: marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, …), online marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, ...), their own website, and their offline databases and processes.
Customore offers a range of technologies and services that allow them to simplify the data collection and analysis in order to activate business cases that translate into more revenue. Our focus today as we start the company is to build our first success stories with sellers and brands to show the value we can bring. We are therefore looking for the first people to join the co-founders and build the core team that will kickstart the company.
As Brand Acquisition Executive, you will:
- Proactively identify, differentiate and reach out to convert clients from hot prospects
- Organize and conduct series of acquisition touchpoints including cold email, phone calls, meetings, contract negotiation, etc.
- Effectively engage with the clients and generate the set targeted revenue
- Focus on building a long-term relationship and successful case-studies with the clients
- Assist in providing deep-dive analysis on leads’ business and make dedicated proposals
- Take initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively to deliver business results
- Plan and present on how to optimize key e-commerce metrics and enhance clients’ business
- Support tool automation given implemented concrete business cases
- Take lead on the production of sales & pitching materials to clients, including video, market research, case studies, etc.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is excellent in communication: you must really enjoy discussing and pitching, ideally have good existing client relationships in the market
- Is analytical and numbers-driven: you are excited in computing data and be obsessed by the ability to track all kinds of metrics
- Is familiar with the general metrics involved in e-commerce: you are clear on what traffic, conversion rate, click through rate are and what are their common dynamics. You know who the key e-commerce players are in Vietnam
- May have little to no prior working experience (0-2 years) but has demonstrated excellence in one or several projects: we will prioritize your motivation, ambition and quality of work over your prior experience. If you have never worked before, just share with us some projects you implemented where you demonstrated what we are looking for
- Is comfortable working in English in an international environment
